We try to do all that is possible to make your stay with us relaxed, enjoyable and without problems
As part of this we kindly ask you to note our Terms & Conditions, an important part of your stay with us

When you come to a decision to confirm a reservation with us, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions stated here and at our privacy policy.

The following terms and conditions apply to all reservations whether made online at, or made by email, telephone, in person, or through a third party provider.
Please read these terms and conditions before making a reservation with us.

Our Services

We own a property which provides accommodation services, the details of which can be found at the bottom of this web page.

Our company runs under the license of the Greek National Tourism Organization (G.N.T.O), with registration number MHTE 1041K112K2710201 and is governed by the applicable Greek laws.


Our prices are per room per night, in Euro, including VAT and all other taxes. Τhe prices may differ regarding the period of the year, the length of stay, the room type and the number of guests and are subject to change. Breakfast is not provided. Rooms are rented for hotel nights. A hotel night starts at 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and ends at 12 noon of the following day.

Arrival and Departure

The room will be available for you the latest at 2:00 pm on your arrival day. If you have an earlier arrival, if the room is free and cleaned you can check in immediately. If the room is not ready you can store your luggage with us. We will prepare your room as soon as the previous guests leave the room free.

For checking in, we are obliged by law to ask for an official photo identification of you (passport or identity card).

We will kindly ask the balance of your booking to be paid in full at the time of your check-in by credit card or cash.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Greek debit card.

Check out is the latest until 12 noon. Please inform us if you wish to keep your room beyond this time, but please understand that it depends on how much longer you would like to keep the room for and on our availability. If the room has already been reserved from another guest, you have to empty the room at 12 noon, so that the room can be available for the next guest who might be waiting, but you can leave your luggage with us, if you want to stay some more in the town. We also have a bathroom for the guests, so if you have a late flight, you can go to the beach if you want and have a shower after.

Please notice that the reception is open from 8:30 am to 10:00 pm. If you are planning to check-in or check-out outside our reception hours, please let us know in advance.

All room keys must be returned to us on check-out.


Please check our accommodation details thoroughly and read our cancellation policy carefully before making your booking. The following cancellation policy will apply:

  • If you cancel your confirmed booking 14 days prior the date of your arrival (2:00 pm), there will be no charge at all.
  • For cancellations less than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be charged the cost of the first night.
  • If you don’t show up without prior notice, you will be charged the total price of the booking.
  • You will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night in the 14 days before arrival.
  • For rates marked as non-refundable, full prepayment for the entire stay is required, so the entire booking amount will be charged at the same time as confirming the booking. The booking cannot be modified and in the case of cancellation the prepayment cannot be refunded.

When we reserve for you, we receive the obligation to keep the room only for you and we cannot offer anymore availability for this room. If for any reason your plans change and you do not let us know in time, it is possible that we will not be able to sell the room we have reserved for you, since most people book in advance nowadays. We are a small business, with a few rooms and your cancellation could cause us economic loss. This is the reason why we have to reserve the right to charge you with the above cancellation fees. Please, if you can, let us know in time, if your plans change. We are always willing to show understanding.

Cot and extra bed policies

Infants and children up to 4 years old stay for free when using an available cot, or their parents bed.

People 4 years old and over stay for EUR 10.00, per person, per night, when using an extra bed.

All cots and extra beds are subject to availability and room capacity, so please contact with us when you would like to book, to ensure that your request can be met.

All children staying at our hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.


Cleaning is provided daily between the hours of 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. We change used towels every second day, but if you want them changed earlier, you can leave them on the bathroom’s floor and we will replace them with fresh ones.

Your Cooperation is Requested

We wish our guests to have a peaceful and enjoyable stay. So we would like to ask all of our guests to respect the comfort and the need of rest of other guests, by avoiding to speak loud in rooms, hallways and common areas, try to keep TV or music volume to a reasonable level and open and close doors quietly, at all times. If the noise in your room or in the common areas causes discomfort to other guests, we will have to ask you to reduce the noise level. Your assistance and support in this matter is greatly appreciated. We keep the right to refuse further hospitality to the guest who disturbs other guests, or in any case breaches the good morals, or on other way disrespects the House Rules.

Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or any indoor common areas of the property, it is allowed only in external areas, for the rooms that offer it.

Security and Personal Belongings

As the parents, guardians, or escorts of children, you are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise and not leave them unattended, in any room or common area of our hotel, at any times.

Each room has a safe for storing your valuable belongings such as cash, credit cards, jewelry, medication, travel documents, identity card/passport, cameras. Please make sure also that your door is locked when you leave your room. We do not accept responsibility for any damage, loss or theft of personal belongings which you have chosen to be left under your responsibility and care at all times. You can store your valuables with us, at our reception, if you want, taking a detailed and signed receipt.

We are not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. Any item, with the exception of food and perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping, will be collected and stored in a secure location for up to thirty one (31) days. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please contact us immediately. You can either pass to collect your forgotten items from our reception, or indicate us an address to where we can return the items by Greek Postal Service, at your expense. We are not responsible for any item lost or misdirected during shipment by the Greek Postal Service.


You are responsible for any damages caused in the room during your stay. We will have to ask from you to cover the costs for repairs, replacements or extra cleaning, so please let us know if you find any damage in the room, at the time of your arrival.


Please note that at our property there is no lift, so all rooms are only accessible by stairs.

The old town of Rethymno has been declared a protected historical monument and a traditional settlement by The Ministry of Culture. Rethymno Municipality tries to preserve its old town pedestrian, respecting its historical and cultural heritage and the need of the people to enjoy their walks at its picturesque little streets carelessly and safely. Visitors of Rethymno who will have a car and choose to stay in the old town should know that parking is not allowed inside the histοric center, at all hours, except where there are private parking areas. For this reason, we are sorry, but there is no parking available by our property and our guests should park their cars about 400-800m away from our rooms, on streets or municipal parking areas where parking is allowed free of charge, or in private parking spaces on a small fee.
